SUMMARY:Cash Flow Management Strategies to Maximize your earnings in 2023
DESCRIPTION:In-depth workshop to understand cash flow\, how to manage it\, and how to improve it.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nUnderstanding the cash flow process can be frustrating but essential to successfully maximize your earnings and your business’s earning projections for the new year. \nThis 2-day engaging training is open to everyone. Our expert guest\, Accounting Strategist Lavonne Shields\,  is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor\, California State registered tax preparer who serves as a Business Consultant at the IE Women’s Business Center and the IE Small Business Development Center.  \nMs. Shields created ACCOUNTability\, a specialized training system that helps to engage business owners in the financial management of their business and seamlessly integrates their accounting into their operations. This event promises to give you answers\, confidence\, and clarity about cash flow through hands-on focused activities and solutions from an authority in the field. \nREGISTER \nThe workshop will cover the following: \n\nUnderstanding what Cash Flow is\nThe Value of Cash Flow Statement\nElements of Cash Flow Statement           \nNine Effective Cash Flow Strategies\nSample of Cash Flow Statement \nCash Flow Financing vs. Asset Base Financing\n\nSession 1 – Understanding & Managing your Cash Flow \nIn attending this course\, you will understand how Cash Management encompasses how your company manages its operations or business activities\, financial investments & financing activities. You will learn how to generate cash flow from your business to survive\, meaning it can cover its expenses\, repay your vendors\, and expand your business. \nYou will gain a basic understanding of how to plan & generate cash from your business activities to manage your cash situation so that you maintain the right amount of money to meet your immediate and long-term needs. \nIn addition\, we will discuss Cash Flow (Asset Base) financing as opposed to collateral financing based on equipment\, real estate\, etc. \nSession 2 – Improving Cash Management \nThis lesson plan will provide insight into improving your Cash Management processes and procedures. Even if your company makes a profit by making more revenue than it incurs in expenses\, you will have to manage your cash flow correctly. Gain knowledge on how to improve your cash flow and how this impacts the growth and development of your business. \nWe will also cover how understanding your cash flow offers a clear view of the financial health of your business. A company’s cash flow is tied directly to its operations or business activities\, specifically; to its investment activities (such as the purchase of the sale of capital equipment)\, and to its financing activities (such as raising debt or equity funding for purposes of repaying such funding. While a company can fudge its earnings\, its cash flow provides an idea (blueprint) about its real financial health. \nRecommendations and requirements: \nYou must register via the Eventbrite registration page. \nAll registered attendees will receive an email with the link to access the event before the event. \nPlatform: Zoom (recommended to download app if accessing through a mobile device)Recommended browsers: For the best experience\, please use one of these browsers: Edge\, New Chromium Edge\, Chrome\, or Firefox. No finance experience is needed. ** \nFuture Sponsorships \nAre you interested in sponsoring a future workshop event or webinar? Please contact Maria M. SUMMARY:Cash Flow Management Strategies to Maximize your earnings in 2022
DESCRIPTION:In-depth workshop to understand what is cash flow\, how to manage it\, and how to improve it.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nUnderstanding Cash flow is a critical part of your business planning in order to maximize earnings this year\, but we understand that it can also be challenging. \nWe are offering a focus\, hands-on training exclusive to NLBWA-IE members\, to give you the opportunity to get the answers you need to bring more clarity to this process. This 2-day workshop will cover the following: \n\nUnderstanding what Cash Flow is\nThe Value of Cash Flow Statement\nElements of Cash Flow Statement\nNine Effective Cash Flow Strategies\nSample of Cash Flow Statement\nCash Flow Financing vs Asset Base Financing\n\nRegister \n  \nSession 1 – Understanding & Managing your Cash Flow \nIn attending this course\, you will understand how Cash Management encompasses how your company manages its operations or business activities; financial investments & financing activities. You will learn how to generate cash flow from your business in order to survive; meaning\, if it is able to cover its expenses\, repay your vendors\, and expand your business. \nYou will gain a basic understanding of how to plan & generate cash from your business activities to manage your cash situation so that you maintain the right amount of cash to meet your immediate and long-term needs. \nIn addition\, we will discuss Cash Flow (Asset Base) financing as opposed to collateral financing\, based on equipment\, real estate etc. \nSession 2 – Improving Cash Management \nThis lesson plan will provide you with an insight as to how to improve your Cash Management processes and procedures. Even if your company is making a profit by making more revenue than it incurs in expenses\, you will have to manage your cash flow correctly. \nRegister \n  \nRecommendations and requirements: \nMust register via the Eventbrite registration page. \nAll registered attendees will receive an email before the event with the link to access the event. \nPlatform: Zoom (recommended to download app if accessing through a mobile device)Recommended browsers: For the best experience\, please use one of these browsers: Edge\, New Chromium Edge\, Chrome\, or Firefox.
