Start your morning with breakfast, coffee, and time to connect naturally with other women in our community.

No previous experience with meditation, drum circles, sound baths, Reiki, or other wellness practices is necessary.

Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to give yourself a few hours away from your usual responsibilities.

Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax.
