Diana Leon serves as the Administrative & Programs Assistant for the National Latina Business Women Association – Inland Empire (NLBWA-IE), where she supports the organization’s day-to-day operations and programming efforts. She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of La Verne, where she developed a strong foundation in civic engagement, policy, and community advocacy.

Diana’s commitment to service extends beyond the classroom. As a former Ambassador for the Orange County Youth Chamber Board, she gained firsthand experience in community leadership and youth empowerment — an experience that deepened her passion for creating meaningful change at the local level. That same drive is what drew her to NLBWA-IE and its mission of uplifting Latina entrepreneurs and professionals across the Inland Empire.

Outside of her professional role, Diana is an avid reader and committed lifelong learner, values that align closely with NLBWA-IE’s belief in the power of education and continuous growth.
