Diana Mendez is an entrepreneur, business owner, marketing strategist, licensed nail professional and educator, and certified personal trainer passionate about building businesses, empowering women, and giving back to her community.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in the beauty industry, where she started with three nail tables and grew her business into multiple salon locations. That experience taught her that entrepreneurship isn’t always a straight path—it requires resilience, adaptability, and the courage to reinvent yourself.

Today, alongside her husband and business partner, she co-owns El Buey Loco Tacos y Mariscos and El Toro Loco Grill, where she oversees marketing, branding, operations, community engagement, and business development. She is also the founder of Fit Polish Studio, a concept that brings together her background in beauty, fitness, and entrepreneurship.

Community involvement is an important part of who she is. She actively participates in local business organizations, networking events, and initiatives that support entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout the Inland Empire.

As a member of the National Latina Business Women Association – Inland Empire, she is proud to connect with other Latina professionals and entrepreneurs, share what she’s learned through her own journey, and continue growing alongside women who believe in leadership, collaboration, and creating opportunities for the next generation.

Her philosophy is simple: you don’t have to do just one thing—you just have to be willing to work, learn, evolve, and keep going.
