This university-accredited program offers a practical 16-week course designed to equip entrepreneurs with essential business fundamentals while addressing current issues, challenges, and opportunities in today’s evolving global environment. Participants will strengthen their foundation in core business principles, explore global culture and diversity in business, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and analyze real-world situations relevant to today’s business leaders.

The program is ideal for companies that have been operating for at least three years and are ready to scale. Businesses aiming to become vendors for corporations, government agencies, or utility companies — particularly those focused on Technology, Logistics, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, Environmental Sustainability, and Healthcare Access — are highly encouraged to apply.

Oct 30 – Latina BizCon/Business Management Academy Graduation / Small Business Certification/ BIZMATCH  (IN PERSON)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must commit to attending all 16 sessions (3 hours each) of the program.
  • Must be in business for at least three years.
  • Must commit to completing three additional hours per week of asynchronous work.
  • Must commit to a capabilities statement by the end of the program.
  • Must commit to completing the application to obtain a minority and or woman-owned business certification by the end of the program.

Admission: $299 (Program total value is $1,200, 1-year NLBWA-IE Membership).

Scholarships: Available based on need and commitment.

The fee includes 1-year NLBWA-IE Membership.
