The Emerging Latina Program offers business training for small business owners aiming to start a new company or grow their existing one. This interactive program includes group discussions, expert speakers, and problem-solving sessions. The program spans over eight weeks, with two-hour classes held every week. Registration is open to both NLBWA-IE Members and Non-Members.

- Understand financial information as you create startup costs.
- Managing your Cash Flow.
- Business Formations for Small Businesses.
- Leadership in Management.
- Financing your Business, Program Graduation, and Business Plan Presentation.
