This university-accredited program is a practical 16-week course focused on providing entrepreneurs with the key business fundamentals of current issues, challenges, and opportunities in the evolving global environment. Learners will develop a strong foundation in business fundamentals, explore worldwide culture and diversity in business, develop and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and analyze situations and issues relevant to today’s leaders.
This program is intended for companies that have been in business for at least 3 years and would like to scale up. Companies that want to become vendors for corporations, government entities, or utility agencies and/or are focused on Technology, Logistics, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, Environmental sustainability, and Healthcare access are encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must commit to attending all 16 sessions (3 hours each) of the program.
- Must be in business for at least three years.
- Must commit to completing three additional hours per week of asynchronous work.
- Must commit to a capabilities statement by the end of the program.
- Must commit to completing the application to obtain a minority and or woman-owned business certification by the end of the program.
