age of 20 while attending Cal Poly Pomona’s construction management and horticulture programs. She has built a strong 30-year foundation through work on some of Southern California’s most notable projects, including the Getty Museum, The Huntington Library, Disney, SoFi Stadium, the George Lucas Museum, and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
Now 14 years in business, and as President of Inland Gardens Landscape, a company specializing
in consulting, horticulture procurement, landscape installation, and design for private, commercial, public works, and federal contracts. Inland Gardens Landscape has become recognized for delivering quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships with Southern California’s prestigious construction and architectural companies. Erika’s entrepreneurial spirit has also expanded into the beverage industry, as a part-owner of Table 14 Brands, an alcohol spirits company, and, most recently, as part of an investment group that acquired Sour Cellars Brewery in Rancho Cucamonga.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Erika is deeply committed to community leadership, mentorship, and advocacy for women and business entrepreneurs. She’s proudly served 8 years on the Board of the National Latina Business Woman Association-Inland Empire Chapter and co-chairs the ambassador program. In addition, serves as Ambassador to the Board for the Eastvale Chamber of Commerce and as a Board Member for the RJC Foundation, where she leads the youth garden initiative, “Sowing Hope, Harvesting Futures.” She brings years of collaborative nonprofit experience, business leadership, and community engagement to the organizations. Her vision centers on empowering Latina entrepreneurs through education, strategic partnerships, mentorship, and creating opportunities that cultivate lasting economic and community impact throughout the Inland Empire.
