Marisela Medina is the CEO and co-founder of Medina Builders, a Southern California-based commercial construction company specializing in tenant improvements, site maintenance, and cleaning services. A dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for building both businesses and communities, Marisela has expanded her portfolio to include Medina Commercial Services, Modern Landscaping Services, and Dulzura Haus—each venture a reflection of her vision, creativity, and commitment to excellence.

Beyond her business leadership, Marisela is a dedicated community advocate. She serves as President of the School Council and the English Learner Advisory Committee, where she empowers families to advocate for their children’s education. Her civic engagement extends to active involvement with the Jurupa Valley and Riverside Chambers of Commerce and NAWIC Inland Empire.

Born in Los Angeles, raised in Tijuana, and returning to the U.S. at age 16 without knowing English, Marisela’s journey has been one of perseverance and purpose. The barriers she overcame have fueled her mission to create inclusive spaces where language is not a limitation, especially for Latina entrepreneurs navigating the world of business.

Married for 19 years and a proud mom of two boys (and three dogs!), she enjoys off-roading in the dunes and mountains during her downtime.
