Nancy Rodriguez is a pioneer, visionary and successful entrepreneur with a passion for personal growth and a heart to serve others. She is a tax and insurance specialist empowering the Latina community through entrepreneurship and personal development. Nancy came to the US as an immigrant from Mexico, with no knowledge of the English language. After a challenging divorce that forced her to start from zero, she started a new chapter in her life with the motivation to care and provide for her four children. She entered the tax preparation industry with no experience and/or educational preparation in the industry. She was determined and obtained the necessary certifications to start offering her services. She finished her education and continued on the path to open and manage her business. In 2013 she opened Kika’s Tax, tax preparation, and insurance business. She focused on the Latino community and provided services to over 500 clients. In 2019, Nancy embarked on a new venture and partnered with Juan Martin Curiman, and became the CEO for the western half of Curiman Brokers Group. Furthermore, Nancy became part of the company’s International Foundation and currently spearheads its efforts, which has already provided school supplies & medical outreach events to underdeveloped communities in Mexico. The foundation has plans for future efforts across Central & Southern America. However, Nancy’s commitment to positive change and service does not stop there. In her local community, she advocates on behalf of her clients, helping them develop their citizenship applications. In 2019, Rodriguez started a third business, Time to Bloom, which is an expression of her passion for skincare. The company promotes clean beauty for individuals and a clean world for the communities. This is a family business endeavor that she runs with her two daughters. Nancy’s vision is to facilitate healthy communication in families; she starts with skincare, but through social media, she discusses everyday hardships and fosters a thriving community.
Nancy’s passion for ongoing personal growth is taking her to explore new business opportunities and partnerships in growing industries. She will continue to serve the Latino community and hopes to inspire others to dream and achieve their goals.
Nancy is a proud mom of four beautiful young adults, who are her motivation and daily inspiration. One of her greatest privileges and responsibilities is to be their example and role model.
