The Emerging Latina Program offers business training for small business owners aiming to start a new company or grow their existing one. This interactive program includes group discussions, expert speakers, and problem-solving sessions. The program spans over eight weeks, with two-hour classes held every week. Registration is open to both NLBWA-IE Members and Non-Members.

The program includes the following topics:

  • Small Business Fundamentals
  • Develop a business plan to build a healthy business.
  • Small Business Marketing: Getting your business known.
  • Understand financial information as you create startup costs.
  • Managing your Cash Flow.
  • Business Formations for Small Businesses.
  • Leadership in Management.
  • Financing your Business, Program Graduation, and Business Plan Presentation.
