The LEILA™ Awards Gala returns in 2026 with a powerful and timely theme, “Latinas Leading Forward: Building Our Legacy.” This signature celebration honors extraordinary Latina entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders whose vision, resilience, and determination are creating generational impact across the Inland Empire and beyond.
This year, we place a special spotlight on Honoring Her Steps — recognizing the paths our honorees have walked, the barriers they have broken, and the foundations they continue to build through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and meaningful community impact. Their stories remind us that today’s leadership is rooted in courage, perseverance, and the legacy of those who came before.
Join us for an inspiring evening dedicated to celebrating the women who lead with purpose, uplift their communities, and shape the future with intention and strength. The LEILA™ Awards proudly recognize Latina business leaders whose influence extends beyond personal success and into creating opportunities for the next generation in the following categories:
- Latina Owned Business of the Year
- Latina Owned Emerging Business of the Year
- Latina Executive of the Year
Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening of recognition, connection, and empowerment as we celebrate Latina excellence and amplify the stories that inspire us all. The gala also offers a unique opportunity to connect with legislators, corporate executives, and community leaders as we honor the women who lead forward, lift others, and build legacies that endure.
Nomination forms open on January 5, 2026 and forms must be submitted by March 13, 2026.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We are now accepting volunteer applications to assist us during the event. Below are some of the opportunities we’d like to offer in gratitude for the volunteer’s dedication and goodwill:
- Free one-year membership with a value of $150.00
- Opportunity to network with community leaders, corporate executives, and IE business community.
- Complimentary Meal before the Gala.
ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at the DoubleTree Hotel. The group rate is $159 per night. Deadline is April 23, 2026.
